How are Simmons Care Clinics different than convenient care clinics?

Simmons Care Clinics are primary care facilities, offering comprehensive family care encompassing a broad range of services including preventative services, acute and general health care and treatment of chronic conditions.

How can I transfer my medical history to the Simmons Care Clinic?

With your authorization, Simmons Care Clinic staff can assist you in requesting records from your current provider. You can also request a copy of your medical records in person from your current provider or request that the provider mail files to your designated Simmons Care Clinic (NOTE: Some providers may charge you for making hard copies of your medical records). Some paperwork may be required to complete this process.

How are Simmons Care Clinics staffed?

Each Simmons Care Clinic has a physician supported by a dedicated team of licensed health care professionals including Nurse Practitioners,  nurses, X-ray/Lab  technicians, physician’s assistants, and medical assistants.

Do I need to make an appointment?
